He was formerly Permanent Observer to the Organization of American States (OAS) and Director of the European and American Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. |

Mr. Al Dafa received his master’s in International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University and has been awarded the Order of Merit from the Republic of France. |
