![]() | Throughout his career, he has been a key contributor to the development of educational institutions in the Sultanate of Oman, including Muscat University College. |
![]() | He has held several ministerial posts including those of Education, Lands and Municipalities and Housing. During Sheikh Al Ghazali’s tenure in Lands and Housing he oversaw the establishment of laws and regulations governing land purchase and ownership, and developed a strategy for urban planning and building regulation law. He also instigated a system whereby the municipalities compete against each other in friendly rivalry over cleanliness, environmental conservation and improvement schemes. |
